History of Our Farm
Hello my name is Belinda Bagby I have been involved with Shetland Ponies and Miniature Horses all my life.  My Father was very involved with Shetlands as far back as 1950, And has  owned and shown many Shetlands and Miniature Horses.   My husband Bill, is a Retired Jockey and now helps me on our farm. 














25 years ago  I inherited all the horses of Cross Country Farm including Lazy N Redboy who was one my fathers foundation sires  for his Miniature horses  .   We now have over 100 AMHA /AMHR Miniatures and about 25 Classic Shetland Ponies..  From those we have raised Many of the Top Winning AMHA/AMHR halter and performance horses with several being National Grand Champions .  Redboy has sired Three  of the Leading sires in the Miniature Horse world being Cross Country Call Me Sir, Cross Country Rowdys Reflection , and Champion Farms Night Hawk.. Night Hawk and Sir have both been the World Champion winners of the Get of Sire for AMHA..

I also have B & B Training Center that has been in operation since 1985 before that I just showed our own horses.  We have been very lucky to have the chance to show some of the Top Horses and Ponies in country to well over 40+  National Grand Championships and well over 200 National Top 10's in both Mini’s and Ponies.   We have had National Grand Champion Driving winners in both Mini’s and Ponies and have obtained many Pony and Horse of the Year Award Titles for our Farm and our Clients. 

I am a Licensed Judge in AMHR /ASPC/ASPR and hold a Big R in all Divisions. I have enjoyed Judging the Ponies and Mini’s as it seems that this brings it all full circle .  I have Judged  several Area National Shows  and  many local level show.  I  also have judged shows in New Zealand.  And look forward to doing many more shows in the future.

I am very active in ASPC/AMHR .  I am Chairperson of the Classic Shetland Committee,  Advisor to the Amateur Committee, and hold the position of the Area V Director .
