If you have taken the time to read the story by Tony Greaves you will know how special this guy is to not only our farm but to our hearts. He has been the cornerstone to our program, and has put his name on the map. He has produced SEVERAL Champion horses and his get continue to pass on his torch to thier get. This is a very long line of champions producing champions.
There are not enough words to express our feelings for this horse. I often wonder where we would be today if we had not found RedBoy!
Below are some of his offspring and thier accomplishments.
Our Stallion Reflection is a son of Redboy and has produced many outstanding foals!

Lazy "N" Redboy is a own son of the immortal "ROWDY". Redboy is 20 this year and we hope has many more years ahead. He has sired many Champion and National Champion horses both in the AMHA and the AMHR the list is to long to name them all, but just to name a few:
Now the Sire of Sires !
Redboy is the sire of
Champion Farms Nighthawk (owned by Janet King) consecutively has won the prestigious National Champion Get of Sire in 2002 and then again in 2003.
In 2003 Nighthawk was also the first place AMHA Futurity Sire Winner out of 108 nominations.

Cross Country Call Me Awesome
"Awesome", is just that, AWESOME! He is a bay overo SON of "Lazy N Redboy," who is a Son of the immortal "ROWDY". He is a half brother to many National Champions, including, Cross Country Bay Mist, Cross Country Call Me Sir, and also to the bay frame overo, Cross Country Steppin For The Moon. He has been shown in the AMHA, has been on the Honor Roll and has Supreme titles. He also was Pinto World Champion Horse at Pinto Nationals, along with Halter. He is destined to be an outstanding sire! Awesome is owned Sharman Brown of Thousand Oaks Ranch in Texas.
Cross Country Rowdy's Reflection
An own son of Redboy, he has had an amazing show career of his own, but his true gift has been what he has passed on to his get.
As the best producing son of the 'Inmortal Rowdy', Lazy N Redboy has fierce competition of his halfbrothers Lazy Ns Boogerman and Lazy N Little Man. Like Lazy N Little Man, Redboy does not have an impressive personal show-record like Boogerman. Redboy's distinguished trademarks are his blue eyes in conjunction with his size and his chestnut coat-color and his flaxen mane and tail.
These features in combination with the fact that he is a Rowdy-son, created the opportunity for him to be bred to a large stock of mares.
Redboy produced 8 individual National Show title winners.
One of his daughters, Cross Country Farms Bay Mist, won 6 National Show titles.
His most important sons till today can easily be considered as Foundation Sires themselves: Cross Country Call Me Awesome with a production of 119 foals. Cross Countrys Call Me Sir, per June 1, 2008, has sired 168 foals. Moreover Sir is ranked as number 9 on the 2008 AMHA Top-10 All-Time Futurity Sire List. He also won the 2006 AMHA Get-of-Sire Championship, plus 8 National Reserve Championships. Another son, Champion Farms Nighthawk won the 2002 and 2003 AMHA Get-of-Sire Championships. His dam goes back to Bond Showboy. Nighthawk produced 113 registered in the AMHA-records per June 1, 2008.
Redboy has 165 foals registered with AMHA of which 31.5% stallions and a remarkable high ratio of mares: 62.4%. 6.1% of the horses went into the records as geldings. Redboy, measuring 30.5" (77.5 cm) produced adult AMHA-registered offspring averaging 31.9" (81.0 cm). 1 of his children appeared to be oversized. His smallest foal measured 26.5" (67.3 cm) upon reaching permanent certification. Quite a number of his foals measured under 30"(76.2 cm) upon permanent certification. Redboy produced 19 different colors on the AMHA 80-color range. Being a solid chestnut, he produced 70.9% solid colors and 16.4% pintos.
